Minister of Health of Karelia Mikhail Okhlopkov on his page on the social network he spoke about the benefits of cheese and its varieties. He called this product healthy because cheese is a source of probiotics and calcium, Sports.kz reports with reference to Hibiny.ru.

“You only need 25 g per day: Doctor Okhlopkov named the best types of cheese – they reduce blood pressure and strengthen bones,” reads the title of an article on the website Hibiny.ru.

“Cheese contains vitamin D, a deficiency of which leads to loss of strength, fatigue, and headaches. The milk protein in cheese contains all the essential amino acids, an ideal combination of calcium and phosphorus, as well as the amino acid tryptophan, which stimulates the production of serotonin. The optimal portion is 25 grams of cheese per day,” wrote Mikhail Okhlopkov.
