NATO – Ukraine will be helped either to fight in 2025 or to negotiate

The United States and NATO intend to concentrate efforts with allies to provide Ukraine with money and weapons for combat operations in 2025 or for negotiations with Russia “from a position of strength.”

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken voiced this goal of his visit to NATO headquarters in Brussels.
