The Poltava Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support explained the reason for serving summonses in public places.
This is stated in a Facebook post by the TCC and JV.
The main purpose of such measures is to identify violators of military registration and clarify the personal data of conscripts.
“A citizen can be asked to go to the Territorial Recruitment Center if they discover discrepancies between the military registration document and the data of the Oberig base. For this purpose, the conscript is issued and served with a summons to clarify personal data or to pass the VLK,” the report said.
