An auto expert reveals what to do to get off with a warning for any traffic violation

First-time drivers can avoid a fine or license suspension by taking advantage of a legal loophole that few people know about. This method was discovered by Alexander Shumsky, a famous auto expert.

This loophole in question is enshrined in the Code of Administrative Offenses (CAO), which makes it completely legal. It applies to all articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses relating to drivers.
