In the Dnipropetrovsk region, a man shot a 26-year-old man with a gun because of an insult. He died on the spot from his injuries.
This was reported by the police of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
“The night before, a conflict arose between the men. Being angry with an acquaintance, the suspect went home and took a smooth-bore rifle, for which he did not have a permit. Returning back, he saw a friend on the street and shot him. The victim was fatally wounded, and the attacker fled the scene of a crime,” the agency said in a statement.
