In the Czech Republic, there are fears of a new wave of Ukrainian refugees with the onset of a difficult winter during the fighting or in the event of its end, Radio Prague International reports.
The country believes that the situation may worsen due to problems with housing, access to medicine and educational institutions.
In particular, the press secretary of the Czech Ministry of Internal Affairs, Gana Mala, said that the 381 thousand Ukrainian refugees who are now in the country create a significant burden on the state’s infrastructure. At the same time, she emphasized that it is now difficult to predict when the country’s capabilities will end.
