Ukraine took the first step towards demobilizing some military personnel – UNIAN
Military personnel will be entitled to dismissal from service if their half-brother or sister died or went missing during participation in hostilities.
The Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence supported the demobilization of those military personnel whose brother or sister died in the war.
This is stated in a message from the committee on social networks. In particular, at the meeting of the committee it was decided to recommend that, based on the results of the consideration, the parliament adopt as a basis and in general the bill “On Amendments to Article 26 of the Law “On Military Duty and Military Service” regarding the restoration of the right of military personnel to dismissal from military service during martial law due to reasons of death or disappearance…
