Surzhik by no means adds sweetness to our speech. Many residents of Ukraine make mistakes, in particular surzhiks, and even more Ukrainians prefer to get rid of them and replace them with Ukrainian synonyms.
Among the words that are often mistakenly used in the Ukrainian language is “sightseeing”. It means an object or a place that attracts the attention of tourists and local residents due to its uniqueness, historical, cultural or natural value. Most often, this is the name of an architectural monument, a natural object, or any other place that is important for the cultural heritage, history, and identity of the country. These are certain symbols that cause admiration.
There are many such places in our country. To describe them, there are many equivalents, synonyms.
