They are convinced that it is impossible to create a single brigade from their employees.
“It is impossible to create a single brigade” from the employees of the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers (TCC and SP).
This was stated by the speaker of the Poltava Regional TCC and JV Roman Istomin at a briefing. He was asked how he felt about the proposal of the temporary investigative commission of the Verkhovna Rada on military problems – to disband the TCC and send military commissars to the front.
“It is impossible to create a single brigade from TCC workers,” he emphasized and explained that TCC and SP workers are civilians.
“From them it is possible to create only some kind of construction brigades, relatively speaking,” the major noted.
At the same time, he clarified that the TCC employs both ordinary workers and military personnel.
