A 104-year-old British woman revealed her culinary secret to longevity – Motivation
Betty Mainfanway Bullock is sure that this dish is truly “magical,” reports Sports.kz with reference to the “Championship.”
Recently, a resident of the British county of Kent turned 104 years old. Betty calls the main secret of longevity the culinary traditions of the town of Rhyl, where she was born and grew up.
— I grew up on the seashore. We had a beach with golden sand. This is the happiest time of my life! In Rhyl potatoes cost one pence and fish two, so the total was three pence. That's why I've lived so long – fish and chips,” Bullock said.
Betty's favorite drink has always been smoothies and freshly squeezed juices. In addition, the centenarian never drank alcohol, did not smoke, and rode a bicycle to work every day.
