A 14-year-old girl from Vinnytsia got pregnant after having sex with an adult man: everything ended tragically

In the Vinnytsia region, a man who had sex with a 14-year-old girl was sentenced to probation. After that, the teenager became pregnant and gave birth to a stillborn child.
This is stated in the verdict of the Illinets District Court of the Vinnytsia Region.
According to the court, the man met the schoolgirl in November 2022. They started a relationship. From March to October 2023, the man had an intimate relationship with the schoolgirl.
Later, the minor became pregnant and in January 2024 gave birth to a child without signs of life. The man was accused of violating Part 1 of Art. 155 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – committing acts of a sexual nature by an adult, connected with vaginal penetration of the body of a person who has not reached the age of sixteen, using the genitals.
