A Kirov resident organized a pogrom in the store and threatened its employees with violence. The incident was reported to the regional National Guard.

At about 23:00, private security received an alarm from a store located on Proletarskaya Street. The Russian Guard's rapid response team immediately left for the scene of the incident. There was a 47-year-old man in the store who was drunk. He behaved aggressively: shouted, swore, and insulted those around him. He did not respond to requests from store employees to calm down and leave.
