A boxer from Kazakhstan received a verdict after losing his title – Boxing/MMA

Popular X-account about boxing Tim Boxeo commented on the defeat of the Kazakh boxer Ablaykhan Khusainov (13-2, 10 KOs) in a duel with the Chinese by Yan Yongqiang (17-0, 12 KOs), Sports.kz reports.

“One-sided, tactical performance by 32-year-old Yang Yongqiang. After twelve rounds, he won a unanimous decision over Ablaykhan Khusainov in the main event of the boxing evening in Haikou and won the vacant WBO Inter-Continental lightweight title,” writes Tim Boxeo.

For Ablaykhan Khusainov, this was the second fight in 2024: he previously fought in September and knocked out Ugandan boxer Abdul Azizi Ssebulime (12-2, 7 KOs) in the third round.
