Anti-corruption authorities are sabotaging the investigation into the statement of businessman Ihor Kolomoiskyi. On Wednesday, November 13, the appellate chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court (HAC) refused to change the prosecutor in this case.

Back in September of this year, during one of the court hearings, Kolomoiskyi said that a bribe of 100 million dollars was demanded from him for closing the criminal proceedings against him. Under the court protocol, he mentioned several names of current high-ranking officials and voiced the circumstances under which it happened.
The next day, his lawyers filed a statement on this matter with NABU. But the main anti-corruption body of Ukraine ignored it.
