A drunken stepfather beat a small child for two months in the Falensky district on December 19

A resident of the Falensky district is suspected of torturing a young child. The details of the crime were reported to the Investigative Directorate of Russia for the Kirov Region.

According to the department, a 36-year-old resident of the village of Falenki systematically tortured his wife’s little son from a previous marriage. Investigators found that this happened between September and October 2024. It is known that the man was intoxicated at the time of the abuse of the child.

The Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case into the torture of a young child. The investigation is ongoing. Department officials are investigating the circumstances and conditions of the crime.
