According to law enforcement officers, a masked and gun-wielding intruder entered the market on Andriyivskyi Uzvoz and, threatening the saleswoman with a gun, broke the cash register with a crowbar and escaped with the “proceeds” in the amount of UAH 11,000.
“Operatives, with the help of experts in criminal analysis on “hot tracks”, searched for the attacker near the month of the crime on one of the streets of Podol. It took us less than an hour,” the police reported.
During the search, investigators seized a gun, a crowbar, which he used to break the cash register, and the stolen money.
