A Kirov resident went on reconnaissance and saved his colleagues from death

The press service of the government of the Kirov region reported about an intelligence officer from Kirov, who was noted by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The department spoke about Nikolai Ch., who proved himself during a special operation. At the end of September he was tasked with exploring the path to the former enemy fortifications. The enemy's trenches and dugouts were recaptured, but our military did not manage to gain a foothold there.

Nikolai Ch. went into the forest, where he discovered several mines and tripwires. He managed to neutralize some of them, and he marked the rest with flags so that his comrades would not be in danger. The fighter successfully achieved his goal and completed all assigned tasks.

“Thanks to the competent actions of the scout, the group occupied the lines recaptured from the enemy,” writes the Russian Ministry of Defense.
