Russian journalist Alexander Troitsky included a match in his telegram channel “Astana” and Norwegian “Branna“to the list of 2024 matches that made the most positive impression on him, Sports.kz reports.
“I was probably the only one who believed that the capital were able to bounce back after losing to the Norwegians 0:2 in the first match of the final qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League. As a result, a great victory 3:0 and access to the group round of the European Cup,” the journalist wrote.
Let us remind you that Astana reached the general stage of the Conference League, where it took 28th place and failed to reach the playoffs.
