He is going to spend a total of 120 days there, Sports.kz reports with reference to the “Championship”.
Rüdiger Koch from Germany has been living underwater for three months now. To do this, the 59-year-old aerospace engineer designed a special capsule in the Caribbean Sea. A man plans to set a new world record for the longest stay in a house under water.
– It's not that difficult! I don't feel like I'm suffering here. The hardest thing to overcome is the urge to go out and dive,” Koch said.
The area of the capsule in which Rüdiger lives is 30 square meters. The enthusiast has a bed, TV, fans, satellite internet, solar power and even a portable toilet. According to the man, what he misses most during his experiment is a hot shower.
