In the Kirovohrad region, a man who dated a 14-year-old girl was sentenced to 2 years of probation.
This is stated in the verdict of the Bobrynetsky District Court of the Kirovohrad Region.
The man met the girl at the end of the summer of 2023 on Facebook. In August 2023, they met for the first time and the girl frankly told that she was only 14 years old. However, this did not stop the adult and they met several more times. The court documents state that the man “committed lewd and sexual acts, touching the thighs of the latter and other parts of the child's body with his hands.”
It is also known that the man took a video of his genitals and sent it to a new acquaintance.
The man pleaded guilty and made a deal with the investigation.
