The prosecutors of the Bilotserkiv district prosecutor's office proved in court the guilt of a 30-year-old resident of Kyiv region, who organized the illegal transportation of people across the state border of Ukraine. He developed a scheme that allowed conscripted men to go abroad during martial law.
This was reported in the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office.
For $5,500, they offered false documents and data entry into the Way system under the guise of volunteers, promising a smooth border crossing.
The court found the man guilty of ch. 3 Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and sentenced him to 7 years of imprisonment, as well as deprivation of the right to hold relevant positions for a period of 2 years and confiscation of property.
