The European Union has finally fulfilled its promise to transfer 1 million ammunition to the Ukrainian army, says EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell.
According to him, Kyiv has already received weapons worth 45 billion euros from European partners, and the allies will also train 75 thousand Ukrainian soldiers by the end of winter.
