The contractor for the construction of the site will be selected during an auction. It is known that the project has passed the state examination, and the necessary equipment has been purchased for its implementation. 38 million rubles were allocated for the construction of the site.

The site will be equipped with athletics tracks and an artificial turf field. In winter, the skating rink will be flooded. The facility will also have two zones with exercise equipment, horizontal bars, parallel bars, basketball hoops, and a small skate area.
