A native of the Kirov region passed away in the special operation zone. The tragic event was reported in the VKontakte group of the Luzsky District Administration.
As it became known, the deceased soldier bore the name Rybakov Ivan Borisovich. He was a native of the Luza region.
I express my deep condolences to the family and friends of Ivan Borisovich Rybakov, who died while performing his military service duties in the zone of a special military operation. Ivan will forever remain in our memory as a true patriot of the Fatherland. We mourn with you,” says the publication on behalf of the head of the Luzsky municipal district Lyudmila Belyaeva.
