“Scientists have identified a new hidden threat in raw milk – the infection found in it is dangerous for humans for the first 5 days,” is the title of the publication.
A recent study by researchers from Stanford University was published in the journal Environmental Science & Technology Letters. The authors of the scientific work claim that the influenza virus can live in raw milk.
Getting into fresh product from under the cow, the infection continues to be active and can lead to illness. You can become infected within five days after the virus is in the milk.
