Soon a new line will appear in payment documents for utility services. In December, many homeowners will face an increase in costs of approximately 1,900 rubles per apartment.

Maxim Ivanov, a lawyer, explained that now residents of apartment buildings will pay for the general needs of the house. This includes the resources needed to maintain the building, such as water for cleaning entryway floors and electricity for lighting.

The payment amount will depend on the specific situation in the home. If a common meter is installed, then payment will be calculated based on its readings. If there is no meter, the fee will be calculated according to the standard.
