A one-year-old died after his father forgot to take him to kindergarten

In the US, a toddler died after his father forgot to take him to daycare, not knowing he had left him in the car.

The one-year-old spent all of Wednesday, November 6, in his father's car, and later, unfortunately, he was pronounced dead. The father made the horrifying discovery when he went to pick up his son from Bayfront Child Development Center in St. Petersburg, Florida, after work. After talking with the kindergarten staff after 5:00 p.m., he realized that he had not brought his son.

Emergency services were called to the parking lot and tried to give the child CPR to save her, but she was pronounced dead at the scene, FOX 13 reports. Investigators believe the child had been in the car all day.
