A recipe for a delicious cheese dessert without baking and with only two ingredients
The dish can have many variations.
Tender, moderately sweet and simply melts in the mouth. It's all about the favorite jelly cheese dessert from childhood.
Olena Stepchenko shared the recipe on her Tik-Tok page.
Ingredients
- sour milk cheese – 1 kg;
- jelly – any four types;
- water – 800 ml (200 ml for each type of jelly).
Preparation
- Pour each flavor of jelly into a deep bowl. Pour 200 ml of boiled water and stir until the jelly melts completely.
- We divide the sour milk cheese into four parts – 250 g each. Mix each part with one type of jelly and beat with a blender to a homogeneous consistency.
- We put one part of the jelly in a mold and put it in the refrigerator so that the dessert cools down. Next, we lay out the other three parts of the jelly mass in the same way and leave it in the refrigerator for several hours.
