In the Kirov region, a trial on a case of violation of privacy has ended. The details of the crime were reported to the regional investigative department of the Investigative Committee.

In the city of Zuevka, a local resident received a smartphone from his ex-wife, on which, for an unknown reason, she left personal videos. The new owner discovered interesting materials saved on the device, took screenshots and sent them to other people via a social network.

The victim reported to the police a violation of her constitutional rights to privacy. A criminal case was opened against the man. He admitted guilt and repented of his actions. The court considered the collected evidence sufficient to render a guilty verdict. The defendant was given a fine.
