Elena's family lost two apartments at once — both were in the same entrance.

The heroine of this story, along with the neighbors across the driveway, has been away from home for six months. Their apartments were destroyed by an explosive wave on July 8. Then, as the Russians targeted the capital, in particular, “Okhmatdyt”. But even though the apartments were left without walls, the victims still have to pay for the maintenance of the house.

The woman from Kyiv wrote about this in a letter she addressed with a request for help. There are actually thousands of such entrances across Ukraine. What to do in such situations? And who is right in this one? TSN correspondent Iryna Kondrachuk found out.
