Finding a balance between people’s comfort and reducing the load on the ecosystem is one of the most pressing tasks today, because the rapid development of cities is exacerbating existing climate problems. What characteristics should a smart, inclusive and climate resilient city have? This was discussed by the participants of the Sber session “Does a person have a future in a smart city in the era of the climate crisis?” during the UN Climate Change Conference (COP29) in Baku.
