A soldier originally from the Kirov region died while performing a mission in the Northern Military District zone on November 28

In the Kirov region it became known about the death of a serviceman during a special military operation. This was reported by the administration of the closed administrative-territorial entity (ZATO) Pervomaisky.

Municipal authorities stated that Viktor Nikolaevich Vladimirov died in the battle. He was a resident of the village of Pervomaisky. In June 2024, the man signed a contract with the Russian Armed Forces and went to the combat zone. The following month, a native of the Kirov region died in the line of military duty. He was 50 years old.
