An explosion occurred in Dnipro today, according to preliminary media reports, the deceased was a serviceman.

An improvised explosive device, which was probably installed by minors on the orders of the Russian special services, went off.

At the same time, People's Deputy Maksym Buzhanskyi said that it was a terrorist attack. The explosion occurred at the intersection of Stepan Bandera and Lesya Ukrainka streets, police and medics are working on the scene.
