The war is making its own adjustments to all spheres of life of Ukrainians. The difficult situation in the labor market due to war, mobilization, migration and other factors has led to employers facing an acute shortage of personnel.
The GRC.ua company presented the results of a large-scale study “Labor Market Barometer 2024. Forecasts for 2025”, of which UNIAN was a partner.
The study showed that compared to 2023, the number of companies employing people with disabilities has increased – from 36% last year to 50% this year. At the same time, the number of employers who hire IDPs has increased – from 35% in 2023 to 47%…
