Budanov's loud statement

The head of the Ukrainian Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense, Kyrylo Budanov, said that the Baku-Grozny plane, which crashed in Kazakhstan, was shot down. The chief military intelligence officer of Ukraine said this in a comment to the publication The War Zone:

“As far as we know, the plane was shot down by the Russian anti-aircraft missile system “Pantsir S1″ on Russian territory.”
