Akhmetova's Metinvest entered the ranking of the best employers 2024 – UNIAN

82 companies from 13 industries that form the basis of the Ukrainian economy were selected for the rating. These are major market players who have an all-Ukrainian coverage and a staff of 400 or more people. The list of companies was assessed on a 10-point scale by leading experts in the field of employment, business and personnel selection. The magazine “Focus” created a rating: the Metinvest company entered the top three leaders in the industry, along with the companies “Interpipe” and CEMARK.

The final assessment of the experts was influenced by the following indicators: official employment, average salary level, opportunities for career growth, availability of training and education, internship programs for students, programs for veterans, cooperation with universities, employee reviews of job satisfaction in a particular company.
