An alien-like creature washed up on the beach

Visitors to an Australian beach were shocked to see a strange “alien” creature washed ashore.

The animal looked like a half-shark-half-cat that was completely red in color. She appeared on the west coast of Australia in a popular beach location. Social media users and local residents were shocked by the strange sight. The fish had the fins and body of a shark, but the flattened head and ventral mouth of a stingray.
Washed up on Coogee Beach in Perth, the animal died either in the ocean or near the shoreline. At first people didn't know what to make of her, some assumed she looked like an alien.
