An apartment building caught fire, a man’s body was discovered in Kotelnich on December 6

In the Kirov region, two deadly fires were recorded in one day. The second incident was reported to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the region.

According to the department, on the evening of Thursday, December 5, a fire occurred in Kotelnich. A 12-apartment residential building on Tsvetochnaya Street caught fire. The source of the fire was in apartment No. 1. 20 people were evacuated from the building.

Firefighters arrived at the scene. They found the body of a man in the house. Russian Emergency Situations Ministry specialists are establishing the cause of the fatal fire. All the details of the tragedy are being clarified.

Let us remind you that on the same day a private house caught fire in the village of Syuba, Urzhum district. The owner's body was found in the ashes. The regional directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia added that his son also received burns. However, he did not require hospitalization.
