The report indicates that the explosion occurred at approximately 11:00 p.m.
Later, Fedorov reported that the Russian invaders had struck the industrial infrastructure of the region.
“As of now, there is no information about the victims. The extent of the destruction is being established,” the message says.
Before the explosion, the Air Force reported the threat of using ballistic weapons.
