People's Deputy Odarchenko was punished for bribery, although he was not present in the courtroom.
The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) sentenced MP Andrei Odarchenko to 8 years in prison with confiscation of property and deprivation of the right to hold certain positions for three years. The verdict was announced in a bribery case.
This was reported by the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office on Telegram. Odarchenko, as indicated, tried to bribe the former head of the State Agency for Infrastructure Restoration, Mustafa Nayem, with an amount of 50 thousand dollars.
