Another day off, or How Kazakhstanis will relax in January 2025 – Lifestyle

It has become known how many days off Kazakhstanis will have in January after the New Year celebrations, Sports.kz reports.

With a five-day work week, holidays at the beginning of the year will be January 1, 2, 3 and 4. Kazakhstanis will be able to rest for four days in a row thanks to the postponement of the working day from January 3 to the 5th (Sunday). With a six-day work week, the days off will be January 1, 2 and 3. January 7 will also be a day off – on this day Orthodox Christians celebrate Christmas. Until the end of the month, Kazakhstanis will have six more days off with a five-day work week (January 11, 12, 18, 19, 25 and 26) and three with a six-day week (January 12, 19 and 26). It is also worth recalling that the last days of the outgoing year, December 30 and 31, will be working days.
