The Ukrainian military cleared one of the quarters of the city of Chasiv Yar in the Donetsk region, the situation in this direction remains very difficult.

This was told by a representative of the press service of the 24th separate mechanized brigade named after King Danyla Andriy Polukhin on the air of “Suspilny”.

“At the moment, one of the successful operations is the clearing of one of the quarters of the city of Chasiv Yar from the enemy infantry group, which managed to cross the Canal and gain a foothold in one of the ruins. Our guys entered the territory and cleared several buildings,” he said.

Polukhin reported that there are no significant changes in the enemy's tactics, fighting continues within the city zone, and the situation in the city remains difficult.
