Europe needs to take more risks and act faster to win the new global arms race. This was stated by the commander of the NATO Joint Force for Transformation, Admiral Pierre Vandier, in an interview with Politico.

“Europe cannot win a future arms war by following the rules it has imposed on itself today,” he said.
