The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, instructed the military command to expand the functionality of the “Army+” application for all the country's Defense and Security Forces, in particular the National Guard.
The head of state said this during a speech at the VRU.
“There is also something new being prepared in the Defense Forces: personnel promotion without attaching ranks to positions. This is an example of the fact that digitalization in all areas of our state life is a really effective tool not only for simplifying processes and overcoming bureaucracy, but also for uniting people, building trust between the state and our Ukrainian society,” the President noted.
According to the Head of State, this will primarily concern transfers of people and changes in approaches to people management.
