The murder took place in the vicinity of the village of Terny, Limanskaya community.
In the Donetsk region, Russian occupiers shot a civilian woman. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
It is noted that on November 10, in the vicinity of the village of Terny, Liman community, representatives of the Russian Army attacked a civilian. A woman was walking down the street when Russian soldiers opened fire on her. As a result of a small arms shot, she died on the spot.
The Office of the Prosecutor General clarified that, under the procedural leadership of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted into violation of the laws and customs of war, coupled with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine):
