Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu sent two emergency flights to evacuate the country's citizens from the city.
In Amsterdam on the evening of November 7, people carrying Palestinian flags violently attacked Israeli Maccabi Tel Aviv fans after a football match between Maccabi and Ajax. Dozens of people were injured as a result of the pogrom.
This was reported by The Jerusalem Post.
Local authorities and Israel's foreign ministry said ten Israelis have so far been injured in the Amsterdam pogrom, and consuls are currently searching hospitals. Three people are considered missing.
Among the missing is 33-year-old Israeli of Bulgarian origin Gai Avidor, who came to the game from London. The boy's family appealed to the public to help find him.
