British Boxing Board of Control (BBBofC) inspector Dan Frost criticized the matchmaking for the undefeated professional heavyweight from Uzbekistan Bakhodira Jalolova (14-0, 14 KOs) in his next fight, Sports.kz reports.
Jalolov's return to the ring is scheduled for February 6 in Montreal, Canada. The opponent of the “Big Uzbek” will be the little-known Frenchman David Spielmont (16-8-1, 11 KOs).
“Djalolov really needs to start fighting stronger opposition in the pros, especially as a two-time Olympic gold medalist. Opponents of this level do not teach anything,” Frost wrote on the social network X.
