Biathlon – overview and results of the men's sprint at the World Cup in Annecy – Sport
Anton Dudchenko showed the best result among Ukrainians.
On Thursday, December 19, the third stage Biathlon World Cup-2024/25 in Annecy-Le-Grand-Bornand, France, he started the men's sprint race.
Ukraine was represented in it by four biathletes – Bohdan Tsymbal, Dmytro Pidruchnyi, Anton Dudchenko and Vitaly Mandzin.
The best result among Ukrainians was shown by Dudchenko, who took 12th place with perfect shooting. Mandzin – 16th position and Pidruchny, who closed the top 40 with two mistakes, also got into the scoring zone.
Tsymbal was the only representative of Ukraine who failed to finish in the top 60 and qualify for the pursuit race.
Norwegian Martin Uldahl won the race. Second was his compatriot Johannes Bö, and Swede Sebastian Samuelsson rounded out the three prize winners.
