This interesting detail was brought to the attention of BILD open data analysis expert Julian Repke. The speech of the ruler of the Kremlin lasted 7 minutes 45 seconds. Repke noted that during all this time the dictator never moved his hands or fingers; “they seemed to be glued to the table.”
