Blackouts after the latest Russian shelling of energy facilities will last up to 7 days, provided the current weather continues. This forecast was voiced by the director of the Center for Energy Research, Alexander Kharchenko, on the air of “Ranok.LIVE”.
He noted that constant work is now underway to restore damage and strengthen the energy system.
